Microsoft Outlook: Updates to “Turn off sharing recommendations” Cloud Policy [MC894575]

Coming soon: Updates to the Microsoft 365 Cloud Policy service setting Turn off sharing recommendation in the Microsoft 365 admin center will disable the ability for users to share or edit folder permissions with individual users in Microsoft Outlook on the web and new Microsoft Outlook for Window desktops. We will not change anything else about how the policy currently works.

Before this rollout, when we determine whether a user is entitled to submit feedback for Microsoft Outlook, we only look at the feedback policy for a user's primary account (also known as the global account). This message applies to new Outlook on Windows desktop and Outlook on the web.

This feature allows you to use natural language to create a flow from scratch when the Workflows app in Teams does not have a template that supports your specific scenario. This feature will begin rolling out on September 30, 2024, and will be fully available by the end of October 2024.
